Extintos por no reproducirse.\" href=\"http:\/\/es.wikipedia.org\/wiki\/Shakers\">ver wikipediazo<\/a>] fueron una secta cristiana similar a los Amish o los Cu\u00e1queros. De hecho este pie tambi\u00e9n es conocido como <em>Pie de lim\u00f3n Amish<\/em>. Quiz\u00e1 de ah\u00ed viene esa combinaci\u00f3n de simplicidad en los ingredientes y exigencia en su ejecuci\u00f3n.
