Es un simple plato de lentejas con arroz y cebolla frita que se acerca a ser adictivo. Originalmente estaba en duarte.cl, y por eso los pies de foto.<\/p>\n<p>Se supone que este plato es el guiso por el que Esa\u00fa vendi\u00f3 su primogenitura.<\/p>\n<blockquote><p>\u201cJacob dio a Esa\u00fa pan y el guiso de lentejas, y \u00e9ste comi\u00f3 y bebi\u00f3, se levant\u00f3 y se fue; as\u00ed desde\u00f1\u00f3 Esa\u00fa la primogenitura.\u201d<\/p>\n<p>(G\u00e9n. 25:29-34)<\/p><\/blockquote>\n<p>Poco probable es que este sea el plato, porque no es rojo en s\u00ed. Lo \u00fanico rojo es el tomate, que entr\u00f3 en escena despu\u00e9s de la escritura del texto.<!--more--><\/p>\n<p>En fin: se hace as\u00ed.<\/p>\n<h2>Ingredientes<\/h2>\n<ul>\n<li>1 taza de lentejas, remojadas o no.<\/li>\n<li>1 taza de arroz<\/li>\n<li>1 cebolla cortada pluma<\/li>\n<li>4 cucharadas soperas de aceite de oliva<\/li>\n<li>Especias opcionales a gusto (comino y un poco de canela, por aqu\u00ed. Curry de vez en cuando)<\/li>\n<li>Sal a gusto<\/li>\n<li>3 tomates picados en cubitos, para servir<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<h2>Procedimiento<\/h2>\n<p>Cocer las lentejas en dos tazas de agua. Reservar las lentejas con el agua.<\/p>\n<p>En una olla con el aceite, sofre\u00edr la cebolla con la sal \u2013y las especias, si se usan\u2013 y cuando comience a dorarse, a\u00f1adir el arroz. acompa\u00f1ado del tomate en cubitos.<\/p>\n<h2>Comentarios<\/h2>\n<ol>\n<li>Picar un piment\u00f3n o una zanahoria o lo que la creatividad dicte y sofre\u00edr junto con la cebolla es una buena idea.<\/li>\n<li>Incorporar jengibre rallado al sofrito es una gran ganancia.<\/li>\n<li>Coronar el plato con un huevo frito es inspirado.<\/li>\n<li>La salsa tabasco al momento de servir es notable.<\/li>\n<li>Dejarla enfriar, mezclarla con los tomates y comer ali\u00f1ada como ensalada tambi\u00e9n es muy recomendable.<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n<p><img data-recalc-dims=\"1\" loading=\"lazy\"
