Lo primero que hacemos es preparar el <em>chhena<\/em>, que es un <em>paneer<\/em> sin prensar,\u00a0de textura m\u00e1s suave.<\/p>\n<p>[wp_ad_camp_1]<\/p>\n<p>El siguiente paso es cocinar brevemente estas bolitas de <em>chhena<\/em> en un alm\u00edbar aromatizado con cardamomo y luego dejar enfriar largamente.<\/p>\n<p>Es un postre de r\u00e1pida preparaci\u00f3n y lento enfriamiento. Veamos como se prepara:<\/p>\n<h2>Ingredientes del Rasgulla<\/h2>\n<p>Para el <em>chhena<\/em>:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>500ml de leche entera<\/li>\n<li>1 cucharada de jugo de lim\u00f3n<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>Para el alm\u00edbar:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>1\/2 taza de az\u00facar<\/li>\n<li>500ml de agua<\/li>\n<li>4 vainas de cardamomo<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<h2>Preparaci\u00f3n<\/h2>\n<p>Comencemos por el alm\u00edbar.<\/p>\n<ol>\n<li>calentar agua y az\u00facar hasta que el az\u00facar se disuelva.<\/li>\n<li>A\u00f1adir el cardamomo y dejar hervir 3 minutos.<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n<p>Prosigamos con el <em>chhena<\/em>.<\/p>\n<ol>\n<li>Calentar la leche hasta que comience a burbujear para hervir.<\/li>\n<li>Sacar del fuego y a\u00f1adir el jugo de lim\u00f3n. Revolver hasta que se separe.<\/li>\n<li>A\u00f1adir cubos de hielo para que no se endurezca el <em>chhena.<\/em><\/li>\n<li>Filtrar por una muselina y quitar el exceso de agua.<\/li>\n<li>Amasar brevemente y darle forma a las bolitas<\/li>\n<li>Volver a hervir el alm\u00edbar y a\u00f1adir cuidadosamente las bolitas de <em>chenna<\/em>.<\/li>\n<li>Cocer a fuego medio exactamente 8 minutos.
