{"id":809,"date":"2013-06-09T14:54:38","date_gmt":"2013-06-09T17:54:38","guid":{"rendered":"http:\/\/www.sanguchologia.org\/?p=809"},"modified":"2017-12-21T23:39:57","modified_gmt":"2017-12-22T04:39:57","slug":"la-miga-la-plateada-es-reina","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/le-fort.org\/cocina\/la-miga-la-plateada-es-reina\/","title":{"rendered":"La Miga \u2013 La Plateada es Reina"},"content":{"rendered":"<p><em>Agradecemos el sacrificio en aras de la sangucholog\u00eda que ha hecho Gonzalo Duarte yendo a <strong>La Miga<\/strong> y reportando sus experiencias.\u00a0<\/em> <em>Leamos, pues, lo que tiene que decirnos.<\/em><\/p>\n<p><img data-recalc-dims=\"1\" loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" class=\"alignright size-thumbnail wp-image-812\" src=\"https:\/\/i0.wp.com\/www.le-fort.org\/wp-content\/uploads\/2013\/06\/plateada-150x150.jpg?resize=150%2C150&#038;ssl=1\" alt=\"plateada\" width=\"150\" height=\"150\" \/>Por fin fuimos a La Miga, despu\u00e9s de ver la exposicion de Van Gogh Alive en el Espacio Riesco, no se la pierdan, est\u00e1 hasta el 30 de junio.<!--more--><\/p>\n<p>La Miga est\u00e1 en la esquina de El (a)Salto con Vespucio, tiene estacionamiento con acceso por Vespucio y otra calle por lo que no es necesario subir por la piramide al salir. La direcci\u00f3n exacta es:<\/p>\n<p><strong>Caletera de Am\u00e9rico Vespucio (sur) s\/n,<br \/>\nintersecci\u00f3n con Avenida El Salto<br \/>\n<\/strong><strong>Los Turistas 0102, Recoleta, Santiago, Chile<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Su sitio web es <a title=\"Web de La Miga\" href=\"http:\/\/www.lamiga.cl\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">www.lamiga.cl<\/a><\/p>\n<p>Tiene como 6 modelos de sandwich en lomito, churrasco, fricandela, PLATEADA, as y hotdog. Yo pedi un <strong>churrasco completo<\/strong>, la Kika y Jorge una <strong>plateada chacarera<\/strong>\u00a0y la Vero un <strong>as italiano<\/strong>, sus respectivos bebestibles, m\u00e1s 2 porciones de papas fritas para los ni\u00f1os, todo por $20.300.-, lo que me parece de lo m\u00e1s razonable.<\/p>\n<p>El pan es muy rico, fresquito. El di\u00e1metro del pan es decepcionantemente no-grande, pero se compensa por la altura del sandwich.<\/p>\n<p>El churrasco es con carne de verdad en trocitos peque\u00f1os de 8 a 10 mm de espesor, cortable al mascar, muy rico.<\/p>\n<figure id=\"attachment_810\" aria-describedby=\"caption-attachment-810\" style=\"width: 620px\" class=\"wp-caption aligncenter\"><img data-recalc-dims=\"1\" loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" class=\"size-full wp-image-810\" src=\"https:\/\/i0.wp.com\/www.le-fort.org\/wp-content\/uploads\/2013\/06\/currasco.jpg?resize=620%2C450&#038;ssl=1\" alt=\"El Churrasco\" width=\"620\" height=\"450\" \/><figcaption id=\"caption-attachment-810\" class=\"wp-caption-text\">El Churrasco<\/figcaption><\/figure>\n<p>La plateada, (me tuve que terminar una sobra) es notable, la publicitan como &#8220;la especialidad&#8221; de la casa y est\u00e1 deshilachada, casi como una pasta, muy sabrosa. Si voy de nuevo pido plateada.<\/p>\n<figure id=\"attachment_812\" aria-describedby=\"caption-attachment-812\" style=\"width: 620px\" class=\"wp-caption aligncenter\"><img data-recalc-dims=\"1\" loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" class=\"size-full wp-image-812\" src=\"https:\/\/i0.wp.com\/www.le-fort.org\/wp-content\/uploads\/2013\/06\/plateada.jpg?resize=620%2C450&#038;ssl=1\" alt=\"Plateada chacarera\" width=\"620\" height=\"450\" \/><figcaption id=\"caption-attachment-812\" class=\"wp-caption-text\">Plateada chacarera<\/figcaption><\/figure>\n<p>La Vero ten\u00eda m\u00e1s expectativas de la mayonesa, que se parece mucho a la del Juan Maestro.<\/p>\n<p>Si bien La Miga queda a trasmano (salvo para los que trabajen en la ciudad empresarial o alrededores) vale la pena ir.
