Montagu<\/a>;\u00a0sobre la invasi\u00f3n francesa a Vietnam; de c\u00f3mo ingresaron a Vietnam el trigo y otros productos franceses, como la mayonesa y los embutidos; de la baja de precio de los productos europeos en la Segunda Guerra Mundial y de c\u00f3mo se democratiz\u00f3 el Banh Mi, de la adici\u00f3n de hierbas al sandwich en el sur de Vietnam, y de c\u00f3mo se esparci\u00f3 por el mundo con los emigrantes de la guerra de Vietnam.<\/p>\n<p>Luego, el chef Patricio Iza procedi\u00f3 a preparar Banh Mi para degustaci\u00f3n de los 200 asistentes, y la verdad es que tuvieron
