Para nosotros es solamente una torta de panqueques. Esta receta es de panqueques de mazap\u00e1n y crema con mermelada de naranja entre algunas capas. Reservar las claras.<\/li>\n<li>A\u00f1adir vainilla y c\u00e1scara de naranja rallada al batido<\/li>\n<li>Cernir la harina junto con la maicena e incorporar al batido<\/li>\n<li>Batir las claras a punto de nieve eincorporar al batido, con cuidado de no liberar mucho del aire contenido en las claras.<\/li>\n<li>Entibiamos la mermelada de naranja y nos ponemos a trabajar en las capas. Para ello debemos aceitar y forrar la base de un molde de 20cm de di\u00e1metro con papel de cocina y precalentar el grill de nuestro horno a 240\u00b0C<\/li>\n<li>Pintamos aproximadamente 5 cucharada ssoperas de batido con una brocha de pasteler\u00eda sobre el fondo del molde y horneamos por 5 minutos a 240\u00b0C, o hasta que la capa est\u00e9 tostada.<\/li>\n<li>Sacamos del horno y pincelamos una segunda capa. Debido a que va a estar caliente, esta segunda capa fluir\u00e1 mejor que la primera. Nuevamente horneamos por 5 minutos o hasta que est\u00e9 dorado.<\/li>\n<li>Repetimos el procedimiento, aplicando una capa de mermelada de naranja cada 4 o 5 capas de batido, hasta terminarnos el batido o llenar el molde.
