Tienen una forma particular, derivada de que se preparan a partir de un trozo semicircular de masa, doblado para formar la hoja \u00a0de un cono y luego se rellenan y se cierran.<\/p>\n<p \/><\/p>\n<h2>Procedimiento<\/h2>\n<p>Hacer la masa con la harina, sal agua y aceite mezclando todo y amasando hasta que no se pegue en las manos, o lo haga lo menos posible. Dejar reposar en el refrigerador envuelta en pl\u00e1stico adherente unos 30 minutos.<\/p>\n<p>Pelar las papas y cortar en cubitos muy peque\u00f1os. Fre\u00edrlas en un poco de aceite junto con el comino. Nosotros, sin embargo, desde hace a\u00f1os las estamos horneando.
