Nosotros las vinimos a conocer hace poco, en una variedad caribe\u00f1a con ron, y nos encantaron. Como dicen por ah\u00ed: &#8220;la clonaci\u00f3n es la forma m\u00e1s sincera de admiraci\u00f3n&#8221; y nos pusimos a intentar duplicarlas.<!--more--><\/p>\n<p>Las tortugas que probamos eran marca <strong>Tortuga<\/strong> (pron\u00fanciese con acento ingl\u00e9s) <a href=\"http:\/\/www.tortugarumcakes.com\/tortuga-chocolate-rum-turtles-with-sea-salt.html\">y eran de pacanas al ron con sal de mar<\/a>. Ya que se nos acab\u00f3 el ron y las pacanas son muy caras aqu\u00ed, la clonaci\u00f3n pas\u00f3 a crear una especie de Frankenstein sin ron, con nueces en vez de pacanas y con sal gruesa de href=\"http:\/\/www.jamieoliver.com\/news-and-features\/features\/creamy-sea-salted-fudge-recipe\/#HiGVothfCpBFlSYM.97\">una receta de <em>fudge<\/em> de caramelo<\/a> a la que le a\u00f1adimos las nueces y cubrimos con chocolate de leche, coronando con sal gruesa. \u00c9xito total, con algunos puntos mejorables.<\/p>\n<p>Veamos c\u00f3mo se hacen.<\/p>\n<h2>Receta de Tortugas de chocolate y id=\"caption-attachment-8557\" class=\"wp-caption-text\">Todo comienza con un caramelo tipo butterscotch<\/figcaption><\/figure>\n<h2>Ingredientes<\/h2>\n<ul>\n<li>1 lata de leche condensada de 397gr (\u00bfno pod\u00edan ser 400?)<\/li>\n<li>80gr de mantequilla<\/li>\n<li>150gr de panela<\/li>\n<li>100gr de nueces picadas<\/li>\n<li>1 cucharadita de esencia de vainilla<\/li>\n<li>1\/2 cucharadita de sal fina<\/li>\n<li>200gr de chocolate<\/li>\n<li>Sal gruesa para decorar<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<h2>Procedimiento<\/h2>\n<ol>\n<li>Poner los tres primeros ingredientes en una olla<\/li>\n<li>Calentar a fuego suave hasta que hierva<\/li>\n<li>Dejar hervir revolviendo 10 minutos o hasta que alcance 120\u00b0C<\/li>\n<li>Sacar del fuego y a\u00f1adir sal, vainilla y nueces<\/li>\n<li>Revolver bien<\/li>\n<li>Verter en moldes, si le queremos dar forma o en una bandeja si lo queremos cortar en cuadrados<\/li>\n<li>Dejar enfriar 2 horas<\/li>\n<li>Refrigerar 30 minutos<\/li>\n<li>Derretir el chocolate en horno microondas y cubrir el caramelo con \u00e9l, a\u00f1adiendo la sal gruesa antes de que el chocolate solidifique<\/li>\n<li>Dejar que el chocolate solidifique a temperatura
