Marell reporta que el jugo de lim\u00f3n ayuda a que el arroz quede graneado. Qu\u00e9 ganas de hacer pruebas de laboratorio al respecto.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: center;\"><img data-recalc-dims=\"1\" loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" class=\"size-medium wp-image-863 aligncenter\" title=\"P1190778\" src=\"https:\/\/i0.wp.com\/www.duarte.cl\/wp-content\/uploads\/2011\/08\/P1190778-520x390.jpg?resize=520%2C390\" alt=\"\" width=\"520\" height=\"390\" \/><\/p>\n<p>Despu\u00e9s se a\u00f1ade agua fr\u00eda suficiente para cubrir el arroz, dejando aprox. 1,5 cm. de agua sobre el nivel del arroz, y se calienta a fuego fuerte. Cuando el arroz se ve medianamente seco se remueve, y si esta seco un dedo bajo la superficie, est\u00e1 casi listo.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: center;\"><img data-recalc-dims=\"1\" loading=\"lazy\"
