Un buen d\u00eda en el que vinieron amigos a cenar se nos ocurri\u00f3 someterlos \u00a0a la prueba de la pizza de saag paneer, ya que no hab\u00eda paneer pero s\u00ed <em>mozzarella<\/em>.<\/p>\n<p>[wp_ad_camp_1]<\/p>\n<h2>Qu\u00e9 cosa fuera la masa sin&#8230;<\/h2>\n<p>En vez de masa de pizza, utilizamos masa de <a href=\"https:\/\/le-fort.org\/naan-pan-indio\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener noreferrer\">Naan<\/a>. Es una masa m\u00e1s suave que la de pizza, por el uso de l\u00e1cteos, y al igual que la masa de la pizza, est\u00e1 hecha para cocinarse a a ltas temperaturas. Pocas cosas mas tristes hay en la vida que una pizza con la parte superior aguachenta. En india fr\u00eden la espinaca. Comimos 7 personas abundantemente de una pizza rectangular de 30x45cm aproximadamente.<\/p>\n<div class=\"ingredientes\">\n<h3>Ingredientes<\/h3>\n<p>Los ingredientes de la pizza no son muy ex\u00f3ticos. Veamos qu\u00e9 tiene.<\/p>\n<h4>Ingredientes del Naan<\/h4>\n<ul>\n<li>400gr\u00a0\u00a0de harina blanca<\/li>\n<li>1 cucharadita de levadura seca<\/li>\n<li>2 cucharaditas de az\u00facar blanca<\/li>\n<li>1 cucharadita de sal<\/li>\n<li>1\/2 taza de yoghurt natural<\/li>\n<li>1\/2 taza de agua<\/li>\n<li>50gr de mantequilla con sal<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<h4>Ingredientes del Saag Paneer<\/h4>\n<ul>\n<li>500gr espinaca cocida al vapor y luego bien drenada<\/li>\n<li>2 cebollas medianas picadas en pluma<\/li>\n<li>1 diente de ajo picado<\/li>\n<li>1 trozo de jengibre de 3cm, rallado<\/li>\n<li>1 cucharadita de comino en polvo<\/li>\n<li>1 cucharadita de curry en polvo<\/li>\n<li>1 cucharadita de garam masala en polvo<\/li>\n<li>Aj\u00ed a discreci\u00f3n (opcional)<\/li>\n<li>Sal a gusto<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/div>\n<div class=\"procedimiento\">\n<h3>Procedimiento<\/h3>\n<h4>El Naan<\/h4>\n<ol>\n<li>Disolvemos la levadura y el az\u00facar en el agua y la leche<\/li>\n<li>Dejamos reposar 15 minutos, hasta que la superficie est\u00e9 espumosa<\/li>\n<li>En el bol de la amasadora o en un cuenco o superficie adecuada mezclamos los ingredientes restantes y le a\u00f1adimos la mezcla de levadura. Amasamos hasta integrar y luego unos cinco minutos m\u00e1s, hasta que la masa deje de estar pegajosa.<\/li>\n<li>Dejamos reposar tapado con un pa\u00f1o de cocina 30 minutos.<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n<h4>Las espinacas<\/h4>\n<ol>\n<li>Hacemos un sofrito con la cebolla, ajo, jengibre y especias<\/li>\n<li>Picamos las espinacas ya cocidas y\u00a0estrujadas<\/li>\n<li>A\u00f1adimos las espinacas al sofrito y cocinamos a fuego lento hasta que est\u00e9n bien secas.<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n<h4>El armado<\/h4>\n<ol>\n<li>Precalentamos un horno a 240\u00b0C<\/li>\n<li>Extenemos la masa al tama\u00f1o y forma deseados.
