El origen de\u00a0salsa vegetariana para tallarines es\u00a0porque nos quedmos sin carne para la <a href=\"https:\/\/le-fort.org\/receta-salsa-bolonesa-casi-canonica-con-tallarines-claro\/\">bolo\u00f1esa<\/a>. Suscitan amores intensos y odios igualmente potentes. En esta casa estamos del lado del amor por las callampas.<\/p>\n<p>Adem\u00e1s utilizamos parte de un queso Parmigiano Reggiano de verdad que nos regal\u00f3 Enrico, y la diferencia es interesante. Es un queso que es otra cosa comparado con los quesos parmesanos que encontramos aqu\u00ed.<\/p>\n<p>Despu\u00e9s de tan exitosa prueba, esta\u00a0salsa vegetariana se une a otras, como la <a href=\"https:\/\/le-fort.org\/pasta-a-la-norma\/\">Norma<\/a>, que son parte de nuestro repertorio vegetariano de <a href=\"https:\/\/le-fort.org\/las-mejores-salsas-para-pasta\/\">salsas para pasta<\/a> en casa.<\/p>\n<h2>Receta de la salsa vegetariana que nos ocupa<\/h2>\n<p>Calculamos esta\u00a0receta para un paquete de 400gr de tallarines.
