Estos pastelitos suelen verse ahogados por una avalancha de fondant, de glaseado real o de buttercream, pero una buena decoraci\u00f3n no salvar\u00e1 nunca a un mal cupcake. La estamos transcribiendo desde un cuaderno de notas de esos con manchas de agua, leche, caf\u00e9, etc.<\/p>\n<p>La receta admite una serie de modificaciones tales como chocolate, esencias, caf\u00e9, nueces, pulpa de frutas, etc.<\/p>\n<h2>Receta de Cupcakes<\/h2>\n<p>Es para 24 a 28 unidades.<\/p>\n<h3>Ingredientes<\/h3>\n<ul>\n<li>2 tazas de harina todo uso (aproximadamente 300gr)<\/li>\n<li>2 tazas de az\u00facar (aproximadamente 500gr)<\/li>\n<li>2 cucharaditas de polvos de hornear<\/li>\n<li>1\/2 cucharadita de sal<\/li>\n<li>1 cucharadita de esencia de vainilla<\/li>\n<li>4 huevos a temperatura ambiente<\/li>\n<li>135gr de mantequilla a temperatura ambiente<\/li>\n<li>1 taza de leche entera, a temperatura ambiente<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<h3>Procedimiento<\/h3>\n<ol>\n<li>Precalentar el horno a 180\u00b0C<\/li>\n<li>Batir los huevos y el az\u00facar hasta que alcancen punto cinta<\/li>\n<li>en una olla peque\u00f1a, derretir la mantequilla en la leche junto con la vainilla.
