El pan franc\u00e9s es de corteza firme pero liviano. Excelente combinaci\u00f3n.<\/p>\n<h2>El Chancho<\/h2>\n<p>El chicharr\u00f3n de cerdo es carne de cerdo que primero se cuece en agua saborizada con an\u00eds, comino, cebolla, achiote, canela china (Casia), sal y az\u00facar, y luego se fr\u00ede.<\/p>\n<h2>La Salsa Criolla<\/h2>\n<p>La salsa criolla consiste de cebolla morada, sal, jugo de lim\u00f3n, aj\u00ed a gusto, cilantro y aceite. Entendemos que la variabilidad de esta salsa criolla (o ensalada de cebolla) es ampl\u00edsima. Tambi\u00e9n la hemos visto con tomate aunque haya quien acuse herej\u00eda.<\/p>\n<h2>El Camote<\/h2>\n<p>Tajadas de camote naranja, frito.<\/p>\n<p>El camote se corta en tajadas de 3 a 5mm y se fr\u00ede en aceite de giasol u otro aceite neutro. Se sala bien.<\/p>\n<h2>El Sandwich de Chicharr\u00f3n<\/h2>\n<p>Ahora s\u00f3lo queda armar el sandwich. El armado es simple. Pan, camote, chancho, salsa, la otra tajada de pan.
