Es muy buena, as\u00ed es que se le perdona.<\/p>\n<p>La imagen de arriba corresponde al resultado final.<\/p>\n<p>Vamos por partes. \u00bfEn qu\u00e9 consiste el Pollo Tandoori?<!--more--><\/p>\n<p>El<strong> Pollo Tandoori<\/strong> no es una receta que se pierde en la ancestral noche de los tiempos. Es m\u00e1s bien de mediados del siglo XX, y es pollo marinado en yoghurt y especias y cocido en un horno llamado Tandoor. Esa receta se adapt\u00f3 para crear brochetas, y se le denomina usualmente <strong>Pollo Tikka<\/strong>. En este caso el pollo se prepar\u00f3 un d\u00eda en la noche para el almuerzo del d\u00eda siguiente.<\/p>\n<p>Al d\u00eda siguiente, se arman las brochetas. Nosotros preferimos ensartar tres trozos de pollo para facilitar com\u00e9rselas despu\u00e9s sin andar empujando trozos de pollo por toda la brocheta.<\/p>\n<p><img data-recalc-dims=\"1\" loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" class=\"aligncenter size-medium wp-image-902\" title=\"P1190917\" src=\"https:\/\/i0.wp.com\/www.le-fort.org\/wp-content\/uploads\/2011\/08\/P1190917-520x390.jpg?resize=520%2C390&#038;ssl=1\" alt=\"\" width=\"520\" height=\"390\" \/>Cuando la parrilla est\u00e9 caliente pero no demasiado fuerte, poner las brochetas a asarse, d\u00e1ndolas vuelta a media cocci\u00f3n. Ya que este punto depende de la parrilla es mejor hacerlo al ojo, pero unos 3 minutos por lado es un buen lapso para comenzar.<\/p>\n<p><img data-recalc-dims=\"1\" loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" class=\"aligncenter size-medium wp-image-903\" title=\"P1200027\" src=\"https:\/\/i0.wp.com\/www.le-fort.org\/wp-content\/uploads\/2011\/08\/P1200027-520x390.jpg?resize=520%2C390&#038;ssl=1\" alt=\"\" width=\"520\" height=\"390\" \/><br \/>\nFinalmente, se comen. Hay quien prefiere com\u00e9rselas con jugo de lim\u00f3n.
