Fue lo primero que se acab\u00f3 en un coma diab\u00e9tico que hicimos para festejar un cumplea\u00f1os.<\/p>\n<p>La receta estaba publicada desde hace un buen tiempo en el venerable <a href=\"https:\/\/groups.google.com\/forum\/#!searchin\/chile.rec.cocina\/cheesecake%7Csort:relevance\/chile.rec.cocina\/oVPdlVRnUdc\/OTU8fhA7BSMJ\">chile.rec.cocina<\/a> por Paulina, nuestra amiga de visita, y ahora se las compartimos.<\/p>\n<h2>Ingredientes para el Cheesecake<\/h2>\n<p>Los ingredientes de la receta son:<\/p>\n<h4>Para el relleno<\/h4>\n<ul>\n<li>500gr queso crema tipo Philadelphia<\/li>\n<li>500gr <em>Ricotta<\/em><\/li>\n<li>1 3\/4 taza az\u00facar<\/li>\n<li>4 huevos<\/li>\n<li>4 cdas.\u00a0maicena<\/li>\n<li>2 1\/2 cdas. vainilla<\/li>\n<li>400 gr. crema \u00e1cida<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<h4>Para la base<\/h4>\n<ul>\n<li>1 pqte. galletas de vino<\/li>\n<li>100 gr. mantequilla<\/li>\n<li>1\/4 t. az\u00facar, ojal\u00e1 rubia<\/li>\n<li>Canela molida a gusto. idealmente Casia (o canela china)<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<h2>Procedimiento<\/h2>\n<h3>Para la base<\/h3>\n<ol>\n<li>&#8211; \u00a0Moler las galletas de vino y mezclar con el az\u00facar, mantequilla y<br \/>\ncanela. refrigerar.<\/li>\n<li>Decoraci\u00f3n: Cubrir con fruta natural, chocolate o hacer jalea de fruta\u00a0natural, utilizando una cucharadita de jalea sin sabor por cada taza de\u00a0pulpa de
