Se volver\u00e1 parte de nuestra rotaci\u00f3n usual, definitivamente.<\/p>\n<p>La conversaci\u00f3n comenz\u00f3 por algo as\u00ed como &#8220;bueno, si hay sopa de bolas de verde en Ecuador, \u00bfno habr\u00e1 alguna receta de koftas de pl\u00e1tano verde en India? Fuimos a Google, y oh maravilla. Hay.<\/p>\n<p>[wp_ad_camp_1]<\/p>\n<p>Cambiamos r\u00e1pidamente nuestros planes de almuerzo para probar esta novedad.<\/p>\n<h2>Ingredientes para Kacha kela kofta<\/h2>\n<p>Para las koftas (alb\u00f3ndigas) necesitaremos:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>2 pl\u00e1tanos verdes<\/li>\n<li>1 papa<\/li>\n<li>1 cebolla peque\u00f1a, picada en cuadritos finos<\/li>\n<li>1 cucharada de jengibre fresco rallado<\/li>\n<li>1 cucharadita de sal<\/li>\n<li>1 cucharadita de semillas de cilantro en polvo<\/li>\n<li>2 cucharadas de harina y una de maicena disueltas en 4 cucharadas de agua<\/li>\n<li>Aceite para fre\u00edr<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>Para la salsa requerimos:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>1 cebolla peque\u00f1a, picada en cuadritos finos<\/li>\n<li>1 tomate picado en cuadritos<\/li>\n<li>1 cucharadita de comino en polvo<\/li>\n<li>2 vainas de cardamomo<\/li>\n<li>1 palito de canela<\/li>\n<li>2 hojas de laurel<\/li>\n<li>Sal a gusto<\/li>\n<li>1 cucharadita de c\u00farcuma<\/li>\n<li>2 cucharadas de aceite<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<h2>Procedimiento<\/h2>\n<ol>\n<li>cocer los pl\u00e1tanos pelados y cortados en trozos junto con la papa, hasta que est\u00e9n hechos. Drenar y moler hasta obtener un pur\u00e9.<\/li>\n<li>A\u00f1adir el resto de los ingredientes, menos la pasta de harina.<\/li>\n<li>Amasar bien y formar bolitas de unos 4cm de hasta que la cebolla est\u00e9 transparente<\/li>\n<li>A\u00f1adir el tomate y cocinar hasta que se deshaga y el aceite se separe de la salsa.<\/li>\n<li>A\u00f1adir 1 taza de agua y corregir la sal, si es necesario<\/li>\n<li>Cocinar las koftas en la salsa. hsta que est\u00e9n calientes<\/li>\n<li>Servir con arroz.<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n<figure id=\"attachment_8972\"
