La pizza hawaiana proviene de Canad\u00e1, de la mano de inmigrantes griegos, o de Alemania. Una historia dice que naci\u00f3 en 1962 en <a href=\"https:\/\/www.google.com.ec\/maps\/place\/Chatham-Kent,+Ontario,+Canad%C3%A1\/@42.0231753,-82.3505651,8z\/data=!4m5!3m4!1s0x882ff8f7996ba99b:0xa0069610bfa50dde!8m2!3d42.4048028!4d-82.1910378\" target=\"_blank\">Chatham, Ontario, Canad\u00e1<\/a>. El nombre del restaurante es el <em>Satellite<\/em>. <a href=\"http:\/\/www.dw.com\/es\/tostado-hawaii-el-origen-de-los-cocineros-estrella\/a-4724529\" target=\"_blank\">Otra historia<\/a> nos habla de que vendr\u00eda de la <strong>Tosta Hawaii<\/strong>, preparaci\u00f3n popularizada por un cocinero alem\u00e1n de la d\u00e9cada del 1950, que consiste en pan de molde, jam\u00f3n, queso, \u00a0mantequilla, ketchup, pi\u00f1a y cerezas.<\/p>\n<h2>Receta de la Pizza hawaiana<\/h2>\n<p>Nuestra versi\u00f3n de la pizza combina el jam\u00f3n con el tocino y elimina las cerezas.<\/p>\n<h3>Ingredientes<\/h3>\n<p>Utilizamos lo siguiente para una pizza de 30cm. de di\u00e1metro.<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Una receta de <a href=\"https:\/\/le-fort.org\/masa-clasica-pizza\/\" target=\"_blank\">masa de pizza<\/a>.<\/li>\n<li>100gr pasta de tomates<\/li>\n<li>200gr queso mozzarella o el que prefiramos<\/li>\n<li>50gr de jam\u00f3n picado<\/li>\n<li>50gr de tocino picado<\/li>\n<li>100gr de pi\u00f1a picada en cubitos peque\u00f1os y drenada en un colador para que no suelte demasiado l\u00edquido en el horno<\/li>\n<li>Or\u00e9gano a gusto<\/li>\n<li>Sal a Es cosa de experimentar. \ud83d\ude09<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>No nos gusta la interacci\u00f3n de la pi\u00f1a con el pepperoni, por ejemplo.
