Para ello escogimos cl\u00e1sicos que sabemos le gustan a casi todo el mundo (incluy\u00e9ndonos.<\/p>\n<p>El men\u00fa fue:<\/p>\n<p>Lo primero&#8230; el <strong>Garam Masala<\/strong>, una especie de arma secreta. <a href=\"https:\/\/le-fort.org\/receta-de-garam-masala\/\">Aqu\u00ed est\u00e1 la receta<\/a>.<\/p>\n<p>Lo segundo, presentaci\u00f3n de lo que quiz\u00e1 sea una nueva especia para muchos: <a href=\"https:\/\/le-fort.org\/especias-cardamomo\/\">el cardamomo<\/a>.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Samosas<\/strong>. Preparamos samosas con relleno de papas y arvejas. Una delicia y muy simple de preparar. <a href=\"https:\/\/le-fort.org\/receta-saag-paneer-espinaca-quesillo\/\">Aqu\u00ed encuentras la receta<\/a>.<\/p>\n<p><a href=\"https:\/\/www.le-fort.org\/kashmiri-pulao\/\"><strong>Kasmiri Pulao<\/strong><\/a>. Arroz con frutos secos. Dos tazas de arroz cocinado, un pu\u00f1ado de almendras y pistachos, media cebolla, y Garam Masala. Decorar con cilantro picado.<\/p>\n<p>Quedamos debiendo el Gajar Kheer y la Raita, por un tema de tiempo.
