A nosotros no nos gusta mucho cuando est\u00e1 fr\u00edo, pero es cosa de gustos.<\/p>\n<p>Su preparaci\u00f3n es simple.<\/p>\n<h2>Receta del Gajar Ki Kheer (Postre de Zanahoria)<\/h2>\n<p>Esta receta es para 4 personas, ya que se utilizan porciones peque\u00f1as debido a que es \u00a0muy dulce.<\/p>\n<h3>Ingredientes<\/h3>\n<ul>\n<li>3 zanahorias medianas, ralladas<\/li>\n<li>250ml leche condensada<\/li>\n<li>1\/4 cucharadita de cardamomo en polvo<\/li>\n<li>4 almendras\u00a0picadas<\/li>\n<li>4 pistachos picados<\/li>\n<li>1 almendra para decorar<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<h3>Procedimiento<\/h3>\n<ol>\n<li>Poner la zanahoria, cardamomo y leche condensada en una olla a fuego medio<\/li>\n<li>Cuando hierva, bajar el fuego y cocinar lentamente unos 30 minutos, hasta que la leche condensada se haya reducido y la zanahoria est\u00e9 cocida<\/li>\n<li>Cortar el fuego y a\u00f1adir almendras y pistachos picados<\/li>\n<li>Dejar enfriar un poco y servir.<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n<h3>Notas<\/h3>\n<ul>\n<li>Para darle la forma que se ve en las fotos, utilizamos una taza medidora de 1\/4 de taza de forma semiesf\u00e9rica, ligeramente aceitada, ya que el postre es un poco pegajoso.<\/li>\n<li>Se pueden utilizar pasas si se desea, unas 8<\/li>\n<li>Se puede jugar con los frutos secos: Casta\u00f1as de Caj\u00fa, Macadamia, Nueces,
