Ejemplos son:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li><strong>Rogan Josh<\/strong>, pero la versi\u00f3n original, con aj\u00ed. No<a href=\"https:\/\/le-fort.org\/receta-de-rogan-josh-comida-india\/\"> la versi\u00f3n suavizada con tomates<\/a> que preparamos nosotros.<\/li>\n<li><strong>Vindaloo<\/strong>. Sea de <a href=\"https:\/\/le-fort.org\/pollo-vindaloo\/\">pollo <\/a>o de <a href=\"https:\/\/le-fort.org\/vindaloo-de-cerdo\/\">cerdo<\/a>, el Vindaloo es un buen ejemplo de curry con base de cebolla caramelizada.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<h3>Hierbas<\/h3>\n<p>Por desgracia a\u00fan no tenemos ninguno de estos curries, pero son platos en que la salsa tiene una base de hierbas, usualmente cilantro y menta. Un buen ejemplo es el Nilgiri Korma.
