Hay otra variedad, com\u00fanmente conocida como &#8220;pepinillos dill&#8221; que son menos \u00e1cidos y m\u00e1s arom\u00e1ticos. Hay tantas especias para encurtir como personas que encurten probablemente. Algunas especias comunes son:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li><a href=\"https:\/\/le-fort.org\/la-semilla-de-eneldo\/\"><strong>Eneldo<\/strong><\/a>. <em>Dill<\/em> es eneldo en ingl\u00e9s y por algo estos se llaman <strong>pepinillos dill<\/strong>. Utilicemos semillas de eneldo, no hojas.<\/li>\n<li><strong>Semillas de mostaza<\/strong>. Una especia muy com\u00fan en encurtidos, son esas t\u00edpicas esferitas que vemos en el fondo de los frascos de encurtidos.<\/li>\n<li><strong>Laurel<\/strong>. Una hoja de laurel es un aditamento usual en nuestros encurtidos.<\/li>\n<li><strong><a href=\"https:\/\/le-fort.org\/semillas-de-cilantro\/\">Semillas de cilantro<\/a><\/strong>. Las semillas de cilantro tienen un ligero aroma a naranja y son buenas para los encurtidos.<\/li>\n<li><a href=\"https:\/\/le-fort.org\/especias-pimienta-negra\/\"><strong>Pimienta negra<\/strong><\/a>. Para darle un poco de picante a nuestros encurtidos.<\/li>\n<li><a href=\"https:\/\/le-fort.org\/pimienta-de-jamaica-una-especia-del-nuevo-mundo\/\"><strong>Pimienta de Jamaica<\/strong><\/a>. Arom\u00e1tica y poco picante.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>[wp_ad_camp_1]<\/p>\n<h2>Ingredientes<\/h2>\n<p>Para medio kilo de pepinos necesitamos:<\/p>\n<h3>Para el remojo<\/h3>\n<ul>\n<li>500gr de pepinillos<\/li>\n<li>30gr de sal<\/li>\n<li>1,5 litro de agua<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<h3>Para el l\u00edquido de cobertura<\/h3>\n<ul>\n<li>30gr de sal<\/li>\n<li>30gr de az\u00facar<\/li>\n<li>500ml de agua<\/li>\n<li>500ml de vinagre blanco<\/li>\n<li>2 cucharadas soperas de especias a gusto e inspiraci\u00f3n (nosotros sugerimos eneldo, mostaza, pimienta y laurel para comenzar).<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<h2>Procedimiento<\/h2>\n<ol>\n<li>Remojar los pepinos en la salmuera por espacio de 24 horas<\/li>\n<li>Combinar los ingredientes del l\u00edquido de cobertura y llevar a hervor.
