Hay una serie de variantes, y esta es s\u00f3lo una de ellas, que dicho sea de paso, nos encant\u00f3.<\/p>\n<h2>Ingredientes<\/h2>\n<p>Para ocho lahmajun necesitamos:<\/p>\n<h3>La masa<\/h3>\n<ul>\n<li>300gr harina de trigo sin polvos de hornear, y m\u00e1s para amasar<\/li>\n<li>200ml agua<\/li>\n<li>1 cucharadita de levadura seca<\/li>\n<li>3\/4 cucharadita de sal<\/li>\n<li>15 ml aceite<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<h3>Para cubrir<\/h3>\n<ul>\n<li>300gr de carne molida, idealmente de cordero<\/li>\n<li>4 cucharadas de concentrado de tomates<\/li>\n<li>1 cebolla peque\u00f1a, picada finamente<\/li>\n<li>1 cucharadita de sal<\/li>\n<li>1\/4 cucharadita de pimienta<\/li>\n<li>1\/2 cucharadita de canela molida<\/li>\n<li>1 cucharadita de comino molido<\/li>\n<li>1 cucharadita de c\u00farcuma molida<\/li>\n<li>1 cucharada de or\u00e9gano seco<\/li>\n<li>1\/2 cucharada de tomillo seco<\/li>\n<li>1 ramito de perejil fresco, picado<\/li>\n<li>100ml yogurt natural, para servir<\/li>\n<li>Lim\u00f3n, para servir.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<h2>Procedimiento<\/h2>\n<ol>\n<li>Preparar la masa mezclando todos los ingredientes y amasando a mano o en m\u00e1quina unos 10 minutos. Dejar reposar hasta que doble su tama\u00f1o, aproximadamente una hora, dependiendo de la temperatura.<\/li>\n<li>Mientras la masa leuda preparar el relleno. Mezclar todos los ingredientes menos el perejil, yoghurt y lim\u00f3n. Dejar reposar.<\/li>\n<li>Precalentar el horno a 250\u00b0C. Si tenemos una piedra de pizza, mejor.<\/li>\n<li>Bajar la masa, amasar brevemente y dividir en ocho bolitas iguales\n<p><figure id=\"attachment_9492\" aria-describedby=\"caption-attachment-9492\"
