Es m\u00e1s bien pollo tikka con una salsa.<\/p>\n<p>Lo interesante es que si bien tiene toda la cara y el nombre de ser comida india, es un plato que fue inventado en Gran Breta\u00f1a, aparentemente en Glasgow, Escocia, no se sabe si por cocineros de India o de Bangladesh. Vamos con nuestra versi\u00f3n.<\/p>\n<h2>Ingredientes del Pollo Tikka Masala<\/h2>\n<p>Para 4 personas<\/p>\n<h3>El pollo<\/h3>\n<ul>\n<li>750gr de pechuga de pollo limpia, cortada en filetes<\/li>\n<li>Jugo de 1 lim\u00f3n<\/li>\n<li>1 diente de ajo picado<\/li>\n<li>2 cucharadas soperas de yogurt natural<\/li>\n<li>1 cucharada de aceite<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<h3>La salsa<\/h3>\n<ul>\n<li>2 cucharadas de mantequilla<\/li>\n<li>1 cebolla grande, picada en cuadritos<\/li>\n<li>1 trozo de jengibre de unos 3cm, rallado<\/li>\n<li>1 cucharadita de comino molido<\/li>\n<li>1 cucharadita de paprika o si se prefiere, cayena en polvo<\/li>\n<li>1\/2 cucharadita de <a href=\"https:\/\/le-fort.org\/especias-cardamomo\/\">cardamomo <\/a>molido<\/li>\n<li>1\/2 cucharadita de semillas de cilantro molidas<\/li>\n<li>1\/2 cucharadita de pimienta molida<\/li>\n<li>200ml de concentrado de tomate<\/li>\n<li>200ml de caldo de pollo<\/li>\n<li>200ml de crema de leche<\/li>\n<li>Cilantro picado, para servir<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<h2>Procedimiento<\/h2>\n<ol>\n<li>Marinar el pollo en el jugo de lim\u00f3n, ajo y yogurt por al menos 30 minutos<\/li>\n<li>Mientras el pollo se marina, fre\u00edr la cebolla en la mantequilla a fuego vivo, para que se caramelice en forma irregular. Seg\u00fan <a href=\"http:\/\/www.epicurious.com\/recipes\/food\/views\/chicken-tikka-masala-51171400\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener noreferrer\">la receta de epicurious<\/a> le de m\u00e1s complejidad al sabor.<\/li>\n<li>Una vez dorada la cebolla a\u00f1adimos las especias y el jengibre, revolviendo a fuego medio hasta que las especias despiden su aroma: unos dos minutos.<\/li>\n<li>A\u00f1adimos el concentrado de tomate, el caldo de pollo y la crema, revolviendo hasta que espese un poco.
