Extra\u00f1o nombre. Una de las cosas buenas de ir a comer por ah\u00ed es que uno se encuentra con buenas ideas para replicar en casa. Como parte del cumplea\u00f1os de <a href=\"https:\/\/le-fort.org\/nuestro-proyecto\/marell\/\">Marell<\/a> fuimos a almorzar con unas amigas al restaurante Namast\u00e9 en Cuenca. Pedimos coliflor manchuriana del men\u00fa como entrada y nos encant\u00f3. Definitivamente es algo que hay que replicar en casa.<!--more--><\/p>\n<p>Esta serie de platos &#8220;manchurianos&#8221; son una especie de pakoras, posteriormente cocinadas en una salsa que contiene un sofrito indio (cebolla, jengibre y ajo), salsa de soya y maicena. Son parte del t\u00edpico desarrollo de la gastronom\u00eda, y no tiene nada que ver con Manchuria, sino que es de origen indio, <a href=\"https:\/\/le-fort.org\/filete-mongoliano-nunca-mongolia\/\">al igual que el filete mongoliano, que nunca visit\u00f3 Mongolia<\/a>.
