{"id":973,"date":"2013-06-16T23:06:35","date_gmt":"2013-06-17T02:06:35","guid":{"rendered":"http:\/\/www.sanguchologia.org\/?p=973"},"modified":"2021-12-17T18:15:28","modified_gmt":"2021-12-17T23:15:28","slug":"sandwich-de-pollo-deshilachado","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/le-fort.org\/cocina\/sandwich-de-pollo-deshilachado\/","title":{"rendered":"Sandwich de Pollo Deshilachado"},"content":{"rendered":"<p>Recordando el <a title=\"Sandwich peruano de Pollo Deshilachado\" href=\"http:\/\/www.le-fort.org\/sandwich-pollo-deshilachado-peru\/\">S\u00e1ndwich de Pollo Deshilachado que tanto nos gust\u00f3 en Per\u00fa<\/a>, decidimos prepararlo en casa.<\/p>\n<p>La pregunta, entonces es: \u00bf<strong>C\u00f3mo hacer s\u00e1nguche de pollo deshilachado<\/strong>?<\/p>\n<p>Requiere un poco de planificaci\u00f3n pero no es laborioso. Lo que hicimos fue:<!--more--><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Compramos un <strong>pollo asado<\/strong>, y deshilachamos la carne de la pechuga. Con media pechuga deshilachada nos rindi\u00f3 para 6 s\u00e1nguches de pan no muy grande. Para deshilachar la carne con un par de tenedores y paciencia, todo anda bien.<\/li>\n<li>Mayonesa casera. Con la mayonesa contrarrestamos la sequedad de la pechuga del pollo.<\/li>\n<li>Tomate en rodajas. Idealmente fresco, maduro, en temporada y lo menos artificial posible.<\/li>\n<li>Ya que no ten\u00edamos papas fritas, fre\u00edmos papas cortadas delgaditas, como en <a title=\"Hamburguesas del \u201cMi T\u00eda\u201d, Chiclayo.\" href=\"https:\/\/www.le-fort.org\/hamburguesas-del-mi-tia-chiclayo\/\">las hamburguesas de Chiclayo<\/a>.<\/li>\n<li>La palta, tambi\u00e9n en rodajas. Palta Hass, madura.<\/li>\n<li>Panes esponjosos, no muy grandes, calentados en el horno el\u00e9ctrico para que queden ligeramente crujientes<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>El resultado fue muy satisfactorio.<\/p>\n<figure id=\"attachment_974\" aria-describedby=\"caption-attachment-974\" style=\"width: 700px\" class=\"wp-caption aligncenter\"><img data-recalc-dims=\"1\" loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" class=\" wp-image-974\" src=\"https:\/\/i0.wp.com\/www.le-fort.org\/wp-content\/uploads\/2013\/06\/abierto.jpg?resize=700%2C500\" alt=\"abierto\" width=\"700\" height=\"500\" \/><figcaption id=\"caption-attachment-974\" class=\"wp-caption-text\">El sandwich destapado. Ah\u00ed se ven los ingredientes<\/figcaption><\/figure>\n<p>Incluso creemos que nos qued\u00f3 mejor que los que com\u00edamos en la calle en Per\u00fa.
