Ya que tenemos un sitio web que alimentar, entramos.<\/p>\n<p>Nos atendi\u00f3 Gabriela, la propietaria, muy amable, y le pedimos un s\u00e1nduche de chancho. Tienen tambi\u00e9n s\u00e1nduches de pavo, pero eso quedar\u00e1 para otra visita.<\/p>\n<p>Volvamos al s\u00e1nduche de chancho.<!--more--><\/p>\n<figure id=\"attachment_987\" aria-describedby=\"caption-attachment-987\" style=\"width: 700px\" class=\"wp-caption aligncenter\"><img data-recalc-dims=\"1\" loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" class=\"size-full wp-image-987\" alt=\"La modelo frente al local. Aqu\u00ed est\u00e1:<\/p>\n<p>El pan estaba maravilloso. De buen tama\u00f1i, crujiente por fuera, con un dejo a <em>croissant,<\/em> sin serlo, de miga suave, que acogi\u00f3 perfectamente la cantidad de jugo que se le puso al s\u00e1nduche.<\/p>\n<figure id=\"attachment_990\" aria-describedby=\"caption-attachment-990\" style=\"width: 700px\" class=\"wp-caption aligncenter\"><img data-recalc-dims=\"1\" loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" class=\"size-full wp-image-990\" alt=\"El s\u00e1nduche en cuesti\u00f3n\" src=\"https:\/\/i0.wp.com\/www.le-fort.org\/wp-content\/uploads\/2013\/06\/sanduche.jpg?resize=700%2C525&#038;ssl=1\" width=\"700\" height=\"525\" \/><figcaption id=\"caption-attachment-990\" class=\"wp-caption-text\">El s\u00e1nduche en cuesti\u00f3n<\/figcaption><\/figure>\n<p>La lechuga discreta, la cebolla suave. Todo hecho para el chancho brillara. Efectivamente, s\u00f3lo el pernil es un poco seco, y aqu\u00ed es donde entra el cuero \u2013que no nos gusta\u2013 a compensar la sequedad del pernil.<\/p>\n<p>Entre par\u00e9ntesis, <a title=\"S\u00e1nguche de pernil en Portugal\" href=\"http:\/\/sanguches.cl\/2013\/07\/29\/europa-entrepanes-3-casa-guedes-porto-por-_eduardoa_\/\">las buenas gentes de sanguches.cl tienen un interesante post de un s\u00e1nguche similar en la ciudad portuguesa de Porto<\/a>.
